Strategic
Intelligence for
Stronger Health
Systems

Diallo Global Health Intelligence is an independent advisory practice working with governments, United Nations agencies, international NGOs, donors and foundations. We provide intelligence, evidence and strategic advice to navigate complex health challenges, from health security and policy to health system performance and institutional change. We also design the systems, studies and standards that enable better decisions and build the capacity to sustain them.

Our approach

Collaborative, and tailored to your context

Every assignment is tailored to the client’s context and delivered in close collaboration with their teams. We combine strategic insight, technical expertise and practical implementation support to achieve meaningful and sustainable results.

Each engagement is built around clear objectives, defined deliverables and agreed timelines, with a strong focus on knowledge transfer, documentation and capacity strengthening to ensure continuity beyond the assignment.

Five stages

Five stages connecting evidence, implementation and learning.
